RETURN POLICY
Our overall policy is that all sales are final.*
Please review your order carefully before making your purchase. Since all our items are pre-owned and secondhand, natural wear and tear is expected. We ensure that any wear or flaws are explicitly stated in the item description, so please read through carefully prior to buying.
However, if you receive an item that is defective (beyond the normal wear described) or you believe you have received the wrong order, please contact hi@chiquitinasvintage.com with your order number within 7 days of receiving the item.
Return Eligibility
Returns are only accepted if the item is damaged beyond the stated wear or in other extreme circumstances. Items should be returned in the condition they were received. Items that have been worn or used further will not be eligible for a refund.
Returns are currently only available for U.S. orders.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you if the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be initiated and processed back to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
Shipping Fees
If item damage is not due to our handlers, we will not refund the shipping fee.
International Orders
Please note that we do not accept returns for international orders. Additionally, we are not responsible for any customs charges; these must be paid by the customer.
